Data Retention

Observation, coaching, evaluation, framework, calendar, and report records are retained in the application database unless removed through an approved administrative process.

Production deployments should use managed Postgres, encrypted secrets, secure sessions, and backup procedures documented in the deployment checklist.

Local development data is separate from production data.
